What to do if an end-user is experiencing JO-1MDW App delays?

Please ask the end user to send us the information below.


1. Product Serial Number
Location: [Settings cog icon]-[next screen > icon]-[Other Settings]-[Station Information]
2. The current download and upload Mbps
3. Internet Type (ADSL, Cable, NBN, 4G etc...)
4. The network configuration
Ex: number of routers, access points, IP address, Subnet mask etc.
5. The port status (these ports needs to be open)
TCP 443 (Certification Server Control)
TCP 8883 (Call control server connection)
UDP 10000-20000 (Video and Audio transmission)
